Dr. Urmila Tomar (Chaiperson)
In 2012, Sarthak Social Welfare Society (our parent NGO) was born out of the vision and determination of Dr. Urmila Tomar, with a mission to broaden the scope and efficiency of numerous public welfare initiatives run by state and central governments. Dr. Tomar, an academician and philanthropist with over four decades of experience, has held numerous administrative roles within the Department of Education in Madhya Pradesh. Her remarkable foresight and unwavering commitment to the cause of achieving tangible results make her a true catalyst for change.
Dr. Saurebh Tomar (CEO)
An esteemed entrepreneur and steadfast advocate for the environment. His tireless efforts focus on the protection, conservation, restoration, and rejuvenation of Earth's invaluable natural resources. As an environmental steward, Dr. Tomar has been instrumental in fostering conversations and launching initiatives spanning various fields. His notable contributions include the establishment of numerous Miyawaki forests on both personal properties and state government lands. Constantly manifesting his dedication to the environment, Dr. Tomar's actions continually underscore his commitment to our planet's well-being.
Tejvir Singh (Cheif Conservation Advisor)
We are immensely honored and thrilled to introduce Mr. Tejvir Singh, a stalwart in the field of forest conservation, wildlife protection, and reforestation, as our Principal Conservation Advisor. With a remarkable tenure spanning over 35 years, Mr. Singh has been at the forefront of numerous conservation initiatives and has left indelible marks in the field of environmental protection.

As the former Chief Conservator of Forest in Rajasthan and the Project Director of the renowned Ranthambore Tiger Sanctuary, Mr. Singh has showcased exceptional leadership and commitment towards safeguarding our planet's biodiversity. His pivotal role in dismantling international poaching gangs has been a testament to his unwavering dedication and fervor for wildlife protection.

Mr. Singh's life-long devotion to forest conservation and reforestation is an inspiration to us all at CareTrees. His wealth of experience, strategic acumen, and profound understanding of the complexities of environmental conservation will guide us in our mission to restore our planet's green cover and foster a sustainable future. His guidance will be instrumental in driving our initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to the environment, and making a lasting impact.
Mukesh Shukla, IAS (Advisor for Public Sector Collaborations)
Shri Mukesh Kumar Shukla is a vital part of our CareTrees team, serving in the role of Advisor. A distinguished IAS veteran, Shri Shukla brings to our team over 34 years of rich and diverse administrative experience in the government sector.

His illustrious career has seen him in key roles such as Commissioner and Administrator of Municipal Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of Jila Panchayat in various regions. Shri Shukla has also shown exceptional leadership as the Collector & District Magistrate of Shahdol & Satna Districts. His extensive experience spans areas of urban and rural development, agriculture, and higher education.

Representing the government in international delegations, Shri Shukla has cultivated a global perspective on sustainable development. At CareTrees, his wealth of experience, insight, and leadership is invaluable, helping us navigate the path towards effective and sustainable reforestation. We are proud to have Shri Mukesh Kumar Shukla as a part of our dedicated team.
Aparna Tomar (Head USA Chapter)
Aparna Tomar, our Head for the USA Chapter, is a valued member of the CareTrees team. She brings with her a passion for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) matters, and more than 20 years of leadership in the Health Care and Information Technology sectors.

Currently residing in California, Aparna is also associated with Stryker, a Fortune 100 healthcare and technology company. Her involvement with CareTrees extends beyond her role as the Head for our USA Chapter, as she also serves as an Advisory board member for Sarthak.

Aparna's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and advanced management studies from the renowned Berkeley University in California. Her extensive experience and commitment to environmental sustainability make her an invaluable asset to our team. We are delighted to have Aparna Tomar driving our mission forward in the USA.
